What a waste of gas

I went with Beast to her doctors appointment. Her doctor saw something on her back that worried him, so he sent her to a dermatologist named Dr. Toth. We were all worried that it was skin cancer or something.

So we drive there, and wait in the waiting room for almost an hour. A woman who came in a half an hour after us, got in before us. Then we wait in the check-up room for about 10 minutes.

Dr. Toth and I guess she was a student doctor, came in. We were with him for less than 5 minutes. He told us it was from an insect bite or something. I guess we should have been relieved or whatever, but all we could think was "What a waste of gas and time!".

Poor Drunkard was sitting out in the van the whole time. Not only did we waste gas, but we wasted money by paying for a parking fee.

We saw a woman who looked exactly like Barbara-Jean from "Reba" though.

Gladys Knight & "the Pips"

This makes me want to start watching "American Idol". It's Gladys Knight singing "Midnight Train to Georgia" with Ben Stiller, Jack Black, and Robert Downey Jr. Gladys is great, I wouldn't be able to sing without laughing.

I've always loved this song.

Edit: okay, I'm slow. Apparently Gladys is just archival (sp?) footage.
