I am an idiot sometimes
Jul. 27th, 2008 09:44 pmSo I was at the computer, and heard sizzling sounds coming from the outlet. I freaked out, turned off the power bar and took out the plugs. Our old air conditioner had leaked.
That was about 3 days ago. Finally today I realized that the computer wasn't even plugged into that particular outlet. Ha. The plugs I thought were for the power bar, were really the lamp and the printer (which has been out of ink for a long while, heh).
We got an air conditioner from Mar. It worked perfectly in her apartment, but when it came to our house... I dunno. It was making noises as if Satan was trying to communicate with us through it.
Anyway, new airconditioner, and outlet fixed.
Saw Dark Knight (2008). Last time I went to the movies was to see Sweeney Todd (2008). Ugh, I love going to see movies, I wish I could do it more often.
