Blossoming?

I was going through some stuff, and I found a card my sister sent me a few years ago. It doesn't have a date. It has wildflowers on it, and she wrote:

"To my Jessie

You are blossoming, you are growing.
Now don't become a weed like some of those other children you used to hang around with.

She has nice writing.
