So I wents to Arts Fest for third period yesterday and today. Everyone did much better today, yesterday they were very awkward, but that's understandable.

So here's what happened (not in order, and I don't remember everyones names):
A girl named Cassandra sang "Beauty and the Beast" (Beauty and the Beast)
A another girl sang "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat
A group of 3 girls and 3 boys performed "Right Here Waiting" by Richard Marx
3 boys performed "YYZ" by Rush, was my favourite performance.
A girl sang "Way Back into Love" (Music and Lyrics)
A bouy named Adam sang "Let it Be" by the Beatles
One of the boys that did the Rush song, also performed "District Sleeps Alone Tonight, The" by Postal Service
A girl named Caitlyn sang "Beautiful Girls" by Sean Kingston. Even though I don't like this song, she was great.
A boy named Moe did stand up.
6 girls did a dance routine.
And a group of four boys (who called themselves the Flaming Yawn) sang a song called "Bus Stops"

Also their was a powerpoint (not pp actually, forget what it's called) of the visual art from last year.

Ugh, family is so annoying. But not as annoying as the asshole crackheads across the street. At 2am they were all yelling at eachother and possibly running after eachother with baseball bats. I hate this street. Full of crackheads, dealers, hookers, alcoholics, and just plain assholes.

I hate her soooooo mucho! But I'm not going to go on w/ that, I don't want another "*mumbles*".

I love this song, I love songs that are so friggin' long. This one being 17 minutes. That's so cool. I've heard this song everywhere, obviously since it's such a famous song, but I never knew it's name. I was so annoyed. Then finally last night I watched Manhunter, and finally found it.

Happy Canadas day! Wow, three firework shows in about a week. On the 28th, there was a festival and it ended with fireworks. I wrote about them on my Xanga. Then tonight there's fireworks. Then on the fourth. Yay! We're not going to the parade this morning, unfortunately. We used to always go. It's surprising how much I like parades. It's hot and crowded, but I love them because sometimes people throw things into the crowd. And I love free things. Even if they're just pins and stickers. Because I love pins and stickers.

Friday I went to my sisters for the night, it was fun. I wont be able to do that this much this summer because of her work. Which sucks, because I love going there to get away from here. I hate feeling uneasy in my own home.

Finally saw A Hard Day's Night, and loved it. But it was on at midnight, and I can never stay awake on weekends for some reason. So I kept dozing off, which is annoying. "Are you a mod, or a rocker?" "Um, no. I'm a mocker." Can't choose a favourite line. That's like choosing a favourite song of theirs.

I watched Lady and the Tramp also. Oh, old memories. I used to think all of these Disney movies were from the nineties, but that's probably just because they were re-released or something. For example: Snow White (1937), Fantasia (1940), Oliver and Company (1988), Bambi (1942), etc. And Lady and the Tramp is from '55. It has to be one of my favourites. I actually cry at two parts: the dog pound and when Trusty gets ran over. Aw, Queenie was sniffing the screen whenever one of the characters barked. Ah! Also the art is beautiful. One of my favourite scenes is when Trusty is sniffing his way through the streets. I dunno, it's the texture, man...

Ah! I saw V for Vendetta yesterday! I knew I would love it before I saw it! Hugo Weaving rocks, and I never paid attention to how sexy his voice is. The part in the beginning w/ all of the alliteration, was amazing. It was as if he were reciting a poem. Kudos to the Watchowski Brothers (I know I spelt it wrong), it was much better than the Matrix (I kinda only liked the first one). I love the plot, and all of the action. Natalie Portman and Barbara Berkery did a great job on Eveys voice. At the beginning when Natalie was saying the poem I was stunned. Don't get me started on the soundtrack! The score, the songs, and the classical compositions chosen were amazing. Using that word a lot. This is now on my favourite movies list.

Previews: Some Fast & the Furious spin-off. Already crap. A movie w/ John Malkovich who I love, but the movie doesn't seem too great. The Da Vinci Code looks good. I can't remember the rest, but I did see the trailer for... *drum roll* Pirates of the Carribean 2! Ah! I know it wont be as good as the first, because Disney sequels usually aren't, but I know it shall be good.

I saw Cats on April 1st! I loved it, back in the '90's I saw it on tape and fell asleep, but when I saw it then I loved it. Presented by Theatre Alive at the Chrysler Theatre. I love Mr. Mistoffelees (sp?). I'm very confused, since I really liked Team America: World Police.

We go a new computer, very nice. A month ago! It still isn't hooked up...

Lionel Davis is coming to our school sometime this month, very excited.

Okay, today, or yesterday since it's one in the morning... Whatever... Thurs: I didn't go to school, well I went only to drop something off, and get my stuff. Then I went Christmas shopping... Tee hee hee... Tomorrow there isn't really school. I could get dressed-up, go, eat a Christmas lunch, whatever... But I don't want to. I'd rather just eat chicken at my own home.

Not talking to TaSha anymore, the bitch annoys me. I hope she gets a cold sore. Or strep (sp?) throat, or something.

It's ironic that in my last post I was listening to "Nosebleed" by The Deftones. Today during second period (art) I was minding my own business, doing my assignment, then all of the sudden I felt wetness coming down my nose. Luckily I got to the bathroom before any blood could spill out. I spent five minutes in the damn bathroom.

When I walked into school this morning there were women all around the property, they were giving out anti-abortion papers, and carried around big signs. I believe a girl should be able to do what she feels is best for her body. Plus, what if she was raped or wasn't able to carry a child? The only time I don't agree w/ it is when the girl knew what she was getting into (having sex w/out protection), then she should take responsibility (and of course the boy).

I didn't get to eat anything today (until I got home), I was so hungry. Then of course I had to walk home (by myself because my bitch friends said they would walk w/ me but disappeared... bitches), in the hot weather, w/ no water. Yes I'm a real sob story aren't I (ad for Bend it Like Beckham tee hee hee...)... Just kidding, there are people w/ much more problems.

Anyway, as soon as I got home I felt faint, and quickly ran over to the couch where I passed out. I woke up about an hour later, feeling refreshed. Then I ate a big snack. Really big. Basically an early dinner (except I can't cook), and I'm still hungry. Food smells pretty *looks towards the direction of the kitchen*.

I finally listened to all of the Garbage (self-titled) cd. I love it all, save 3 songs. Now I have to listen to Version 2.0. I've heard the other two cds (BeautifulGarbage, and Bleed Like Me).
