1. The part about the girl on the scooter was funny, I also like how she writes about her sister.


2. I was dreading the India segment, but it hasn't been horribly ignorant. Still pissed off about her Africa references.


3. Can't believe it, but I'm craving a little romance. Ugh, odd. This applies to that aromanticism stuff I was talking about.


4. Speaking of romance, I re-watched Maid in Manhattan last night. Both Bob Hoskins and Natasha Richardson are gone. :(


5. Annoyed me when she said she wished she could be shy. Maybe she meant just more quiet and thoughtful. Shyness sucks ass.

2. Like I said, reading encyclopedias like regular books doesn't work for me. Maybe I would do better with autobios and bios on various people mentioned in the book.

Apparently Darren Aronofsky is making a show out of the MaddAddam trilogy, so I'm going to read those before it airs. Though I had been planning on reading the Atwood books I have in chronological order:
