1. Firestarter (1984) Probably the worst movie of the month, but not too terrible. That was some odd casting for George C Scott though.


2. (La Femme) Nikita (1990) I've wanted to see it forever, not disappointed.


3. Gloria (1999) Not a bad remake, the kid is way less annoying


4. The Milagro Beanfield War (1988) really pretty and whimsical


5. The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) Dermot Mulroney should get all of Sean Penns roles, just sayin'


6. 2010 (1984)


7. The Invisible Woman (2013) I was worried that Ralph Fiennes would be too sexy as Charles Dickens, and I wouldn't be able to read his books with any seriousness. This didn't happen, thank gosh.


8. Snowpiercer (2013) Best movie of the month


9. Edge of Tomorrow (2014)


10. Loser (2000) Directed by Amy Heckerling. Can't stand Jason Biggs. Second worst movie of the month, but I still really liked bits of it.


11. Snow Falling on Cedars (1999) Also really pretty.


12. She's All That (1999) I thought I had seen this movie, turns out I've just seen a lot of bits of it. And Not Another Teen Movie.

19. Afternoon Delight (2013) Directed by Jill Soloway.


20. The Body Snatcher (1945) Boris Karloff was so good in this. That scene with Bela... and the cat!


21. Cat People (1942) More vintage cats!
